Both properties include Linen towels, Colour TV, Washing machine, Tumble Dryer, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Ironing board and Hairdryer.
Both properties benefit from Oil Central Heating and have a private patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ in a shrubbed area.
Fuel charge £20 per week 1st October to 30 March.
None smoking. No pets. Ample parking.
